Mary will lead you through meditation, breath work, journal prompts, thought management and other actionable life strategies that will help you to pause with purpose throughout the day and create the life you truly love. Weekly Sessions: Live Group Format 45ish minutes via Zoom. Participate as much or as little as you would like. Recordings available. Each class is independent of another.
