Using a holistic mind and body approach, I will teach you how to interrupt those unhelpful patterns and get sh* done. I spent the majority of my life wondering why I was always getting in my own way. For years, I jokingly referred to myself as my own worst enemy. I will teach you the invaluable and effective strategies that helped create the changes I desperately needed. In even better news, these skills are supported in science. Learning how to: - enjoying fulfilling relationships that are sustainable - maintain a healthy body weight and exercise routine with ease - no longer binge eating or drinking - creating financial independence Together we will develop a unique plan that will support you in your journey toward your own desired happiness. What is it for you right now? You decide. Prepare yourself with the proper tools to feel empowered and take inspired action, consistently and intentionally. It is possible. I will show you how with supporting psychology and physiology knowledge. *With this package, we meet once a week for an hour via Zoom for 12 sessions plus one bonus CELEBRATIONS session (13 in total). You will also receive additional self-paced activities to carry you through from creating your vision and understanding why that matters to you to planning and achieving your goal(s).* Progress is happiness.
