Coaching is different than therapy. ​​​​ Coaching is like architecture. We build from exactly where you are right now and create forward progress. Coaching begins from the acknowledgement that you are whole, capable and complete exactly as you are. You are not in need of fixing but open to guidance and support of refining and relearning what is best for you now and in the future. ​​ Therapy has more of an archeological feel. Therapy follows a medical model that will diagnose and "treat" a condition or disorder. ​​​​ There is no right or wrong - it is simply where you feel will be more appropriate for you during this time.
