I’m Mary, a Relationship Coach specializing in attachment patterns, emotional regulation, self-trust, and secure connection.
For years, I tried to heal my own heart, wondering why love seemed to feel out of reach for me.
I had a degree in Psychology.
I had done plenty of therapy.
I had spent years trying to understand myself and my relationships.
After a devastatingly embarrassing divorce, I thought I had finally learned my lesson.
Then I started dating again—and found myself choosing the exact same type of men.
The men were different. The pattern was the same.
That was the moment I had to stop looking at what was wrong with them and start getting curious about what was happening with me.
I began to understand that my relationship patterns weren’t simply about choosing the wrong person.
They were shaped by the ways I had learned to protect myself, respond to vulnerability, manage uncertainty, and navigate closeness.
And if I wanted a different experience in love, I couldn't just hope to find a different person.
I had to learn to show up differently.
I learned how to recognize my patterns, regulate my emotions, trust my intuition, communicate what I needed, set boundaries, and—most importantly—rebuild my trust in myself.
That work changed my relationships, but it also changed my relationship with myself.
Today, I help strong, independent women do the same.
My work is not about fixing you or teaching you how to find the “right” person. It’s about helping you understand why you show up the way you do in relationships, interrupt the patterns that are no longer serving you, and build the skills for secure, connected love.
Because you don't have to choose between independence and intimacy.
